As an official Shopify Partner, we have built or updated multiple websites using Shopify’s ecommerce platform.
Product Sourcing

The client wanted to reduce costs by sourcing some their existing and new products from overseas suppliers. The project required range planning, category management, identifying suppliers in the Far East, sampling, price negotiation to ensure improved gross margins.
Build a dropship business

The client wanted us to build a dropship business from scratch. The project involved identifying the appropriate suppliers, building a website that syncronized with their inventory systems, selecting and uploading 2500 SKUs and integrating fulfillment with multiple 3PLs.
System Integration

This project required the integration of multiple SaaS applications - an accounts package (Xero & Dext), an inventory system (Veeqo), a rental management system (Current), a marketing platform (Mailchimp), social media shops (Instashop and Etsy), an ecommerce platform (Shopfiy). By connecting multiple silos of information and data into an integrated system, processes & workflows became infinitely faster avoiding duplicate data entry and providing instant, up-to-date management information.
